What we collect
An estimate request gives us four things: your name, a phone number, the address where the tree is and the kind of tree work you chose from the list. Phone calls leave a log of the calling number and when the call came in.
Why we collect it
To call you back about that tree, book a time to look at it, put the price in writing and fit the job into the crew's schedule. Nothing else, and no newsletters.
Who sees it
Our office and the crew assigned to the job, plus the companies that host this site and carry our form messages and phone calls, which handle it only for us. Your details are never sold, rented or handed to anyone selling something.
Cookies and call tracking
This site uses a call tracking service, which may set a cookie so we can tell which page led to a call. Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and training. Your browser may also cache pages so repeat visits load faster.
How long we keep it
Requests that never become a job are cleared out within roughly twelve months. Completed jobs stay on file while invoices, insurance paperwork or tax rules need them.
