We provide tree removal, trimming, stump grinding and lot clearing in Hobe Sound, from the neighborhoods off Federal Highway to the wooded lots west toward Jonathan Dickinson State Park. A typical removal runs $700–$1,800 for a mid-sized tree, and lot clearing starts around $500 for an overgrown yard. Estimates are free and in writing.
Scrub, banyans and big lots
Hobe Sound is the quieter southern end of Martin County, with the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge and Jonathan Dickinson State Park on either side and Jupiter Island across the water. A lot of the land here is coastal scrub: sand pine, scrub oak and saw palmetto on deep white sand. Closer in, older streets are lined with mature banyans and live oaks with canopies that span the road. Lots tend to be larger, which brings more clearing and fewer tight-access jobs than we see in Stuart.

Hobe Sound jobs
- Failing sand pines. Removal of dead or leaning pines near houses and driveways.
- Banyan and ficus canopies. Trimming aerial roots and heavy limbs back off roofs, fences and the road.
- Building lots. Selective clearing that keeps the healthy oaks and palms, then stump grinding before the build.
- Palms around the pool. Palm trimming on the usual once-a-year schedule.

Hobe Sound questions
Do you cover Jupiter Island?
We work in Hobe Sound on the mainland. Jupiter Island has its own rules for contractors and vegetation, so call first and we'll tell you whether we can take on the job there.
Can you remove sand pines near my house?
Yes. Sand pines are short-lived and tend to fail from the roots, often without much warning, so a dead or leaning one near a structure is worth taking down. Healthy ones in a natural area are usually better left alone.
How far south do you go?
Hobe Sound is the southern end of our regular area. Call for addresses toward the Palm Beach County line and we'll tell you straight whether we can get there.
Heading north? We also work in Stuart, Palm City and Jensen Beach.
